February Memory Verse
God’s kingdom belongs to people like these children. Mark 10:14b
Children who memorize the monthly verse can earn a prize from the prize box. Children can recite the verse aloud to Rachel at Sunday School or KidsConnect. If they prefer, children can be recorded reciting the verse and the video can be emailed to Rachel.
Family Stations of the Cross Walk
On Wednesday April 5th from 6:15-7:15, we will be having a special Family Stations of the Cross Walk. There will be eight stations to walk through that tell the passion story. The stations will be specifically designed for children to engage in the story of Christ’s arrest through resurrection. Each station will tell a piece of the story through scripture, a child friendly reflection, questions, and a sensory experience.
Even if your child doesn’t normally attend our Midweek program, you are welcome to join us for this special event. This is a great opportunity to engage in faith formation with your child. Each family is asked to send at least one adult to walk the stations with their child to help guide them through the stations. You are welcome to bring older siblings and other family members as well.
Memorial Day Family Camp
May 26 – May 29, 2023
Join us for our church’s annual Lake Louise Family Camp on Memorial Day weekend. Accommodations include log cabins or private rooms in the Retreat Center. All meals are provided. VBS 2023
Save the date for July 31st-August 4th, 2023 for our annual VBS. At Hero Hotline VBS, children aged 4-5th grade will enjoy an interactive, energizing, Bible-based good time as they are called together to serve God. Join us as we answer God’s call together, to serve, bring peace, and build each other up!
