Sunday, Dec 4 (ServantSun – BAKE SALE)

Holiday BAKE SALE for Youth Missions! 9-1:30, Sign up to bake and earn mission credits for all our great upcoming mission trips (see below)   We hope you will come and shop the baked goods and other fun MarketPlace options too: Youth will also sell hand poured scented candles! You can support artisans from around the world with the return of Serrv (fair trade non-profit) for extra special gift giving, and purchase used books to support the Readers to Leaders program.  If you have used books to donate, you may drop off to the white donation box outside lower level doors until Dec. 1st. Worship: 10am, Join us for a thankful worship service filled with the LIGHT!
Bingo challenge, If you completed your bingo challenge from Elena, it is time to claim your prize! You can either text her a pic of your game sheet (248-842-0777) or bring it with you to church this week!

  PLEASE update: Youth Health & Release forms for 2022-2023 (Please submit once a year -Parents, Click here for online form!        Communications: Parents can access the youth web post from a tab on the regular weekly church email and a monthly email will be sent. Students will continue to get text links for calendar updates and announcements. Spring Break 2023 Youth Mission Quest!

  • Tentative April 29 and 30, we are expected to tackle a project at the church and in Detroit. Stay tuned for more details!

Summer 2023  Youth Mission Quest! We have multiple opportunities including two events with lodging and “retreat” style experiences to expand our comfort zones and grow in faith!

  • June 19-23  God’s Country Co-op Parish in the Upper Peninsula:…
  • July 16-19 Motown Mission Experience: We travel to Detroit for three nights of lodging and three days of service…
  • Date TBD Give 365 Huron River – Back by popular demand, we will gather in AnnArbor for this multi-gen effort to clean up the Huron River!
  • Saturday in the D Family mission opportunity (youth with parent or age 18+): Volunteer with our church to be in service in Detroit with partner organizations (Cass Social Svc, Brightmore, Motown, Noah, Rippling Hope, etc)! Social distancing will be practiced. Typical events run from 9am to 2pm, but you can come for just the morning.  To express interest or sign up with parent email or text/call: 734-718-2183
